The merchandise will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer during the order process; during this phase, it's possible to specify a shipping address different from the one saved in the user profile.
You can select delivery to your local FermoPoint (BRT-BARTOLINI collection point), where the order will be held for 10 (ten) days and a valid ID will be required for pickup; after this period, the order will be automatically shipped to our warehouse and treated as a return.
Shipments occur Monday through Friday; all orders received from Friday to Sunday are processed starting the following Monday.
In-stock merchandise will be delivered within three to five business days, starting from the day after the order confirmation email.
Deliveries are made through BRT-BARTOLINI courier service, during office hours Monday through Friday.
