During order completion, our payment processor will request details to finalize the transaction: once payment is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order number, itemized expenses, chosen payment method, and return procedure instructions.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel an order placed on the website, they must send an email to [email protected] within 48 hours. Otherwise, once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the shipped merchandise has been returned to GTO Apparel in completely intact condition and without manipulation, unworn or unaltered, after which we will proceed with refund or partial replacement, as per Customer request.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without specifying the reason, by returning products purchased through the Site, strictly intact, unaltered, unused or unworn, within 10 (ten) working days from their receipt.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Customer must send to [email protected] a communication containing:
This communication must be sent within 10 (ten) days of receiving the product. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the full price of the Products will be refunded (provided they are returned by the Customer in normal condition and only if the received return instructions are correctly followed).
GTO Apparel reserves the right to refuse the return of Products that do not comply with these requirements. The cost of returning the product(s) to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is entirely at the customer's expense. Any expenses incurred by the Customer for redelivery will not be refundable; shipping of the new product(s) will be at GTO Apparel's expense.
A Customer who is not fully satisfied can obtain a replacement of the purchased Product. The Customer must keep all delivery documentation, as well as the Product itself in its original packaging, and immediately contact GTO Apparel by email at: [email protected].
The Product to be replaced must arrive, in normal condition and therefore unworn, unaltered and intact, at the following address: Via Delle Canarie n.18, 00121 Roma (RM).
The fulfillment of the new order is subject to product availability. Shipping costs for product replacement are at the Customer's expense. The replacement Product will be sent to the Customer, via courier, without additional shipping charges.
The refund will be processed promptly, within and no later than 30 days from the date of product return. The Customer will receive an email confirming the refund.
